More about our guest:

Rikki is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science from Florida State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Central Michigan University. She has been working in the nutrition field for over 20 years. Rikki was most recently the Director of Performance Nutrition for Orlando City, MLS team. She spent 7 years with the Orlando City Soccer Club. Rikki has served as the sports dietitian for the Oakland Raiders, US Women’s National Soccer Team (USWNT), Columbus Crew and with Tom Shaw Performance at ESPN Wide World of Sports. In addition, she was an adjunct professor for 10 years, teaching nutrition courses at the University of Alaska and served as the Assistant Coordinator in the Human Performance Lab. She serves on the Exam Development Committee for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
